Commonly referred to as Bungee Cord, elastic shock cord has a multi-stranded rubber core covered by a synthetic or cotton jacket. Our standard elastic shock cord has a stretch factor of 100 to 125 percent when stretched to it’s ultimate break. Other stretch factors are available in custom constructions. We offer this cord on spools, in custom cut lengths, or made into assemblies. The assemblies can be made with hooks, terminal fasteners, loops, rings, and other hardware specific to your end use or drawing. We also supply elastic cords to meet U.S. Federal Specifications MIL-C-5651 and MIL-C-43701.
