HOW THE PROGRAM WORKS...
- Customer leases Silflex Blankets for outage use
- Blanket sizes: 1'x3'... 1'x4'... 1'x5'...
- Customer contacts Frham and places order with Quantity, Size, and Delivery Date
- Blankets are shipped to customer in specialty boxes wtih side access
- Customers lead Recycle Credit is determined by the total weight of Silflex Blankets leased
- Upon outage completion the Silflex Blankets and Lead for recycle are shipped to Toxco Materials management Center, a licensed facility in Oak Ridge, TN
- Toxco will inventory, Decontaminate and store the Silflex Blankets and recycle the lead for beneficial use

RECYCLE CREDIT: For every pound of Silflex Leased Absorbtek Services will recycle 1 pound of contaminated lead |

LEAD RECYCLING
- Toxco's facility operates under strict guidelines from State & Federal regulatory agencies and maintains a current RADIOLOGICAL MATERIALS LICENSE in Tennessee
- TMMC operates under ASME NQA-1-2004 Quality Assurance Plan
- Lead recycled can be blankets, bricks, sheets or encased
- Lead is shipped as "asset material" to Toxco, Not DW08 classification or mixed waste
- Toxco assumes ownership of lead once the conveyance is accepted at Toxco's faciltiy
- Once accepted Toxco will issue a notice including a signed 540 form
- Toxco will supply a recycling certificat to the customer for their lead
