Heat-Seal Film Tapes, #FSC1230 Series Thermoplastic films and adhesives are available from 2-7 mils in thickness. These high-performance adhesives are available in polyurethane, nylon, polyester, polyolefin or vinyl and used extensively in heat-activated laminating of decorative materials to substrates ranging from PVC and particle board to natural and man-made textiles, wood and metals. #FSC295 UHMW Film Ultra High Molecular Weight polyethylene is a unique film that may be coated with pressure-sensitive adhesive, or sold without adhesive to be mechanically fastened. UHMW's low coefficient of friction offers superior performance in applications where elimination of surface energy is desired and heat is not a factor. This pliable film is extremely wear, impact and chemical resistant, yet can easily be machined and bonded to almost any substrate by using the correct adhesive and surface preparation. TYPICAL APPLICANONS: glides, wear pads and plates, washers, gaskets, liner material for storage tanks or work surfaces, snow-boards & skis, water craft, slides, or almost anywhere reduced friction and wear are desired.

#FSC562 Hook & Loop Our product is a standard woven nylon consisting of two parts, a "hook" or male part that forms a maximum peel and high-sheer strength bond when engaged with the "loop" or female part, to form a highly secure closure. The product may be laminated on the reverse with a pressure-sensitive adhesive consisting of either rubber or acrylic, or, it may be purchased without adhesive for sew-on applications. It may also be die-cut into various shapes or sold in rolls of 25 to 50 yards and in widths ranging from 1/2 inches to 2 inches.

Coated with special acrylic high-tack, anti-fungal adhesive on liner paper, our durable Non-Skid excels when used in wet indoor areas. TYPICAL APPLICATIONS: Bathtub safety mats or strips, indoor ramps or floors where wet areas may be hazardous and cause falls.
